Itinerary 

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

Day 2: Body & Culture

Start the morning with invigorating yoga and breathwork. Participate in mindful workshops or explore the local surroundings. The afternoon allows time for reflection, journaling, or rest, followed by a restorative sound healing session in the evening.

Day 3: Soul & Nature

Engage in sunrise meditation and gentle yoga. Experience a mindful outdoor excursion, such as a nature walk, hike, or coastal visit. Return for afternoon relaxation and immersive sound therapy, culminating with an evening fire or candlelight gathering under the stars.
